Quality Policy

 

G5 Technologies places customers interests first, accepts only those assignments that it is qualified for, works to the highest professional standards at all times and by this method aims to build long lasting relationships with its customers based on trust.  The Quality Management System being operated demonstrates evidence of how compliance to these principles is achieved.

 

The Managing Director (through the management system representative) is responsible for defining the Quality Policy and the administration of the system. He has total control over all aspects of the interface between the company and the customer and the delivery of the services required by the customer from the company.  His deputy is the Finance Director. By continually updating knowledge, the setting of meaningful objectives and striving to gain improvements, continuous improvement in the services provided by the company is the constant aim of these principles. The G5 Technologies Management Team is fully committed to this Quality Policy.

 

All necessary resources and training shall be provided in order to maintain the Quality System and satisfy the requirements of the current version of BS EN ISO 9001.  It is the responsibility of all employed by G5 Technologies to support the company in this purpose.

 

The Quality Systems Manual defines the Company Quality Policy and the processes which provides the formal framework for Policy implementation.  No deviations from the Manual, the processes or this policy shall be permitted without the permission of the Managing Director.
