We are registered with the Ombudsman because they help to resolve any consumer complaints about communications (telephone, mobile phone and internet service) companies. They are approved by Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, to provide redress under the terms of the Communications Act, 2003. They are entirely independent. This means that they do not take sides and that they make decisions based on the facts available to them. The service is free to use for consumers.
